These particular designs are one of many that are offered by our suppliers. The plans can be modified to suit your budget, slope of the land or to meet any other requirements that you or your council have. Delivery is Australia wide.

The first and fourth image above or of prebuilt granny flats. These are built off-site and delivered as one piece to your location. Currently prefab granny flats are only delivered to NSW and QLD due to costs involved in deliveries.
